CTI’s co-owners started as truckers, along with our shop manager and dispatchers. Our support team has over 75 years of collective trucking industry experience, so they know what it takes for you as a driver to succeed.

Our well-maintained fleet of Peterbilt model 389 and 579 trucks are designed for optimal safety, performance and durability while operating on the open highway. In-order-to reduce driver downtime CTI also has an on-site maintenance shop with highly trained mechanics that always use Shaeffer’s oil and never recap worn tires.

At CTI we also take pride in the fact that we’ve only had one minor, temporary out-of-service incident since our inception. As a company our top priority remains driver safety.

In all honesty, not everyone has what it takes to drive for CTI. Our rigorous hiring process allows us to maintain high standards for fast and reliable deliveries without compromising quality or safety.

OTR Flatbed Drivers

Due to our rapid growth and expansion CTI is currently in need of qualified CDL drivers. If you are a flatbed or dry van driver with a minimum of 2 years of experience who’s at least 23 years of age you may have what it takes to join CTI’s growing team- even if you’ve had a few minor violations along the way.
